Carriage Pointe by Ryan Homes is a new single-family community in Fort Pierce. Richard and Rice Construction is the shell contractor for this project. These low maintenance, affordable homes feature one-story models in a gated neighborhood. The homes are between 1,200 to 1,700 square feet. There are four different home models to choose from, with a third bedroom add-on option.
The neighborhood is surrounded by nature preserves and near several parks. The community is in a convenient location, close to Treasure Coast Square and a short drive away from Port St. Lucie. The turnpike and I-95 are nearby as well. There are a number of area golf courses and the beach is just 10 miles away.
